NBI Return Policy:

All items may be returned for any reason for a period of up to 14 days from purchase date if product is not worn or used. All items must be returned in the new unworn condition that it was received. If items have been worn, sized, scratched or are missing any tags papers or packaging the return will not be accepted.

In order to return an item, please send an email with your invoice number requesting a return authorization number to customerservice@nbistyle.com within 7 days of receipt of your item. Once you receive a return authorization number please package the item securely and ship back to the address accompanied with the return authorization number. The item MUST be received by NBI Enterprise within 14 days of purchase. Once the item is received by NBI Enterprise it will be inspected and return payment will be made via the same method as the watch was purchased within 7 days. There is a 30% restocking fee for returns plus the the shipping charges. Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping charges.

Returns are accepted at NBI Enterprise's sole discretion.
