If you buy a watch, your timepiece is warranted for one year for mechanical issues arising from normal use of the timepiece. NBI Enterprise will service every brand name watch it sells, for a period of one year after purchase. Watches that have symptoms of abnormally i.e. gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Should such a defect occur it will repaired or replaced free of charge except for $20 fee for return shipping and insurance.

The NBI Enterprise warranty does not cover any damage resulting from, water/moisture damage. Additionally, the NBI Enterprise warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet / band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the exterior of the watch. Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party voids the warranty from NBI Enterprise.
