Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship out?
Orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. Once shipped, an email will be sent containing the tracking number for the parcel.
Will I have to pay for customs fees & Brokerage?
Depending on the shipping destination, customs and brokerage fees may apply. We do not pay customs nor brokerage fees and they are the responsibility of the buyer.
Which shipping carrier is used?
US and all other territories: we ship all orders via USPS or UPS. All shipments must be insured and signature required on delivery. International customers: we ship all orders USPS.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has left the warehouse, our fulfillment partner will send you a notification with tracking information from the carrier with a link to their website.
What are the standard delivery times?
Overall shipping times vary depending on location. Some general estimates would be:
- US: 2-4 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Rest of world: 10-15 business days
Return Policy
We will accept returns up to 30 days from date of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn and in original packaging. Money will be refunded to the credit card/PayPal used to make the transaction.
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check whether it is “Final Sale” prior to making your purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, please submit a photo of the damage with your request to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within Andre Giroud’s sole discretion.
Items marked “Return for store credit” are returnable for STORE CREDIT within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a return label for free return shipping. Upon receipt and reprocessing of the item into our warehouse, you will receive the store credit. The cost of shipping for the items will be deducted from the store credit.

- As specified in each product page, items are returnable for refund within 14 or 30 days of receiving
